The Magic of Cacao
It is abundant in Theobromine substance which lowers blood pressure, relaxes the body and improves the flow of oxygen, helping the heart and the vital organs stay healthy.
Cacao is also very healthy as it contains lots of Magnesium which plays a vital role in keeping our muscles, bones and heart healthy apart from many other reactions in the body, including stress reduction.
This sacred medicine has proven magical powers to open our hearts, make us
feel connected and happy, help us build stronger bonds with others and resolve conflicts or difficult situations.
The famous bean has Phenylethylamine (PEA) which is a neurotransmitter that boosts feelings of joy and happiness that helps with experiencing our transformation in bliss and peace.
Its consumption increases the production of serotonin and oxytocin hormones and has been found to contain antioxidants along with anti-inflammatory properties.
What to expect
We begin each Ceremony with rituals of setting intention, collective exchange and cleansing as we prepare the Cacao together, learning and using powerful techniques such as chanting or humming and creating an altar to anchor and build our manifestations. We proceed with meditation and receive guidance before the Sound Bath which concludes the session with a Gratitude practice.
The aim is for you to feel safe and supported to open up, share and live this incredible magic together in a serene environment while building community and strengthening feelings of togetherness as well as individual expression.

Why do we choose to work with the Moon's cycles?
Well, to begin with, the Moon is the second most impactful celestial body for life on Earth as its gravity highly affects the water on this planet, tides, menstrual cycle and brain activity, meaning we dance and flow each and every day with the Moon whether we are aware of it or not.
Since the ancient times, humans have taken advantage of these important days that open a window into our depths and those of the universe to perform introspection in regard to more subtle patterns, emotions, dreams and shed light on the hidden aspects of our being.
Every New Moon offers an opportunity for new beginnings, planting seeds and manifestation just like every Full Moon is a splendid time for transcending, liberation, celebration and big shifts.
